Previous attempt

VOLVO600 has challenged the world record on 31 March 2019. Due to technicalities, it remained an attempt and never materialised as a new record.

The event turned out to be one of the biggest and greatest Volvo meetings to date. Thousands of people turned up in over 1,500 cars.

The early afternoon has seen many people wandering around between the never ending queues of cars. Later we have attempted to break the record by driving around the airstrip.

You have made this day so fantastic that we have decided to give it another go to get even more cars and people together to enjoy another awesome day together.

We strongly believe that this time will be a success as we have reviewed our shortcomings and the support and constructive feedback allowed us to learn from this outstanding meeting.

With you, we stand together as the biggest Volvo community and will attempt to break this record again in 2021.
